Ryan has spent years consulting with therapeutic organizations throughout Ogden and Northern Utah, helping them improve their therapeutic services, program enhancement, and management practices. Ryan has years of experience working with people and organizations and understands what works and what doesn’t when it comes to developing and sustaining a therapeutic practice. 

Ryan enjoys supervising and training new therapists while they learn their strengths and develop their therapeutic toolbox.  He has mentored therapists who are finishing their formal schooling or completing licensure hours.  He also consults with licensed clinicians who work in a solo practice and appreciate consulting on cases in collaboration with an experienced therapist.
